The State of Delaware consistently strives for excellence in community relations, quality of life, and infrastructure. As the authority in pipe rehabilitation, Standard Pipe Services was honored to co-author the specification manual:  Pipe & Inspection Remediation Guide, currently utilized by the State of Delaware as the standard for infrastructure inspection.

Project: Storm Sewer Inspection Services

Standard Pipe Services and the State of Delaware have a history of collaboration and a vested interest in maintaining and developing quality infrastructure. Delaware contracts with Standard Pipe Services to routinely:

• Inspect
• Clean
• Televise; and 
• Perform rehabilitation services (as needed)

Our Approach

You could say that Standard Pipe Services helped write the book on low-cost, efficient, and effective rehabilitation services that contribute to quality conditions for pipes to function optimally for their entire 50-year lifespan. As part of its quality assurance, Delaware requires all new pipes to be inspected, and all joints of the sewer must be pan/tilted before they take ownership. Delaware has instilled its confidence in Standard Pipe Services to consistently performs storm sewer inspections to their satisfaction
