After over 20 years of setting a solid foundation for growth in the industry, Schneider acquired Tri-State Grouting, LLC from Skillman in 1999. Schneider introduced Manhole Lining, Full Length Lining and CIPP Lining to the company. He also brought on a minority partner in Bert Andrus. It wasn't long before Tri-State Grouting, LLC seized another opportunity to expand its service area with Aqua Resources.
Aqua Resources is a subsidiary of Aqua America. Aqua America boasts over 130 years of wastewater management experience throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. In 2014, Tri-State Grouting, LLC, and Aqua America combined forces to form Aqua Infrastructure Rehabilitation Company, LLC, to serve Delaware and the greater surrounding area. For two years, Aqua Infrastructure Rehabilitation extended its reach as the premier provider for pipe rehabilitation and introduced the innovation of trenchless technology to its service listing.
Aqua America reorganized its business model in 2016 when utility companies were being diversified. As a part of that regimen and a non-regulated holding being a non-utility subsidiary, Aqua Infrastructure Rehabilitation Company, LLC was sold back to Schneider and Andrus as part of the divestiture. Schneider and Andrus formed Standard Pipe Services, LLC, and retained the expanded client list of the entire Mid-Atlantic. Standard Pipe Services, LLC acquired Fast Pipe Lining East, Inc in the interest of a seamless workforce transition and securing its domain. Standard Pipe Services also brought additional experience and experts in innovation to the owner's table with Robin Quinn, Frank Impagliazzo, and Matthew Zakutny.
TODAY Standard Pipe Services, LLC has a diverse group of veteran owners with Jeremie Bib, Frank Impagliazzo, Robin Quinn, Mark Schneider, and Matthew Zakutny.
