SPS recently completed phase one of an overall site improvement project to handle the many site drainage problems inflicted upon the residents of Bay Colony in Southern Delaware. The first phase established proper drainage from the site to the discharge point. The final phase will include a refurbishment of infrastructure feeding the main discharge. All of this has been accomplished utilizing trench-less repair technology with minimal to no impact on the property owners in this beautiful and well established community.
